Who needs t-cells, anyway?

There seems to be a natural tendency among some skeptics and questioners that when part of a theory or concept is proven to be flawed, any and all other aspects about it should be dismissed as well.

This certainly seems to be the case for some AIDS dissidents when it comes to discussions about the significance of certain laboratory markers, in particularly certain immune cells involved in fighting infections, called CD4 t-cells. CD4 counts are, arguably, considered by mainstream AIDS experts as the single most important measure of disease progression and risk for patients acquiring opportunistic infections.

Repeat a lie often enough and people will believe it*

The Canadian Broadcasting Center (CBC) is doing what the mainstream media does so well for AIDS apologists:  repeating inaccurate headlines without reading or thinking: Premature Aging of the Brain Seen in HIV Patients That is simply not what this study reports, and I blogged about it just a few days ago here. It is pretty […more]

This is your brain on AIDS drugs

Remember 2004 and 2005?  The years you couldn’t walk without falling and spraining your ankles? You could no longer climb the stairs in your home without dropping to your hands and knees, and could only come back down by crawling backwards? Do you remember the times you came out of unconsciousness to see the faces […more]

I really, really, don’t care what causes AIDS

Once in a while I come across a piece of writing that resonates so closely with my own experiences that I want to say “I wish I had written that”. Carl Stryg wrote just such an essay recently, published at The Truth Barrier, a website founded by journalist Celia Farber. From the first paragraph, Stryg […more]

This is one of the best videos highlighting many of the unanswered questions about HIV and AIDS I’ve seen this year. Well worth the fifteen minutes it takes to watch on this World AIDS Day. [vimeo clip_id=7946348]

Questioners not allowed at "HIV Controllers" forum

I have probably spent at least ten thousand hours online the last ten years or so and I am still stumbling onto new blogs and websites that deal with HIV and AIDS issues from various perspectives, so I’m pretty familiar with the most common inconsistencies, aka “mysteries”, of the HIV=AIDS hypothesis.  Still, I was taken […more]

Rethinking AIDS Day

April 23 is Rethinking AIDS Day. Good thing someone decided such a day is needed, because I’ve been  procrastinating and struggling to write the “AIDS Dissidence 101” post for Open Salon, where I also blog, that several people there have requested for quite some time now. One of the biggest problem I’ve encountered is trying […more]

House of Numbers - the end of AIDS?

House of Numbers, a new documentary film, will premier April 19th at the Nashville Film Festival. According to the plot summary at imdb.com: In ‘House of Numbers,’ an AIDS film like no other, the HIV/AIDS story is being rewritten. This is the first film to present the uncensored POVs of virtually all the major players; […more]
