Amen, Onnie. Congratulations on your good health naturally. Some days it seems like that's the only thing any of us can do, and it's important.

Why aren’t AIDS groups shouting LOTTI from the rooftops?

The name AIDS and the name HIV are jackpots of huge sums of money.

people are afraid of loosing funding if they say anything contrary to what they said 30 years ago. thye would rather take the money and sweep the truth under the rug while the people they say the represent are dying like flies. in Africa, the best paying jobs and are in the aids field. those who know the truth think their jobs will finish, but i would say, " should it not be the best interest of the funders to find solution to Hiv and Aids?" As it is, i think not.

but you know the amount of money that has been put in all this, is nothing compared to what would have to be put in to return humanity in to its original state.

Natural healing has done wonders for me since the day i was given the note that said HIV + both to type 1 and type 2. natural healing is still doing it for me, i trust it too much that i wonder what could have happened to me had i been like the others who listen to the boogeyman's story. you really get stolen by the bogeyman if you religiously stick to the regulations of th haart/arv.

i wonder what the media is afraid of since thy never report on such issues thy say people are in denial. i wonder how that is possible since all the stories reached the simple man and woman via media. thy did not understand or know anything about what they talked about except the pharmaceutical knowledge of HIV AND AIDS.

jut the other day the media reported on the third type of hiv. do they know about this no thy don't, but they will cover it anyway. the greatest repsonsiblity of the shouting really lies with the media to give unbiased coverage of the stories on hiv and aids. let the people know both sides, not the boogeyman's 's side only.

You are asking a lot of excellent questions. I guess we'll have to wait for the Italians to do more studies, as it's obvious the U.S. is not going to conduct such research.
It is unfortunate that each of us is more or less on our own about how best to proceed. I have shared my own experience here . Those who choose to quit the drugs must that proactive measures to improve their health as well. Withdrawal symptoms may well be part of the experience. The best-case scenario would be to find a supportive physician or other health practitioner to help deal with such difficulties. I and others have quit several addictive drugs cold turkey, and survived.

Excellent post. Had been waiting for more detailed info on the LOTTi study for awhile. Is there a place I can research about specific drug-quitting procedures and complementary medicine to support body while on withdrawal? Why did 25% of the people in the study never got back to taking them? What were their specific situations? What hapenned to the other 75%? There are people who have quit drugs indefinitely but very slowly because of withdrawal symptoms, like Clark Baker says. I have a theory that if you have candida or have been exposed to viruses like herpes (which I think are part of the real cause of AIDS in the gay population), you might want to prevent their overgrowth, especially under the stress of withdrawal.
